I received my Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in May of 2011 after working 20+ years in the small business accounting arena. This was a result of desiring to pursue my passion of helping people live the best possible life that they are able to. I have been working as an MFT Intern under supervision at Counseling Solutions in Chico since my graduation.
This agency provides me the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients which includes: Private Pay, Victim Witness, Medi-Cal children and also counseling children and families which are involved with the Children's Services Division. I love the diversity of clients. The current modality I use is Family Systems Therapy alongside of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. These modalities allow me to address individual as well as family issues.
