Hi, I am Denise and I have a passion for living life to its fullest with emotional health and fulfillment.   My business, Therapeutic Fitness, is for people interested in doing personal work regarding emotions and their intertwined relationship to general health and wellbeing as it plays out in their lives and relationships.  I am EMDR certified and provide services for those interested in improving the quality of their lives after they have suffered difficult times in the areas of trauma, victims of crime, difficult life situations, communication and personal growth.  I provide classes, coaching and therapy to people who want to participate in becoming healthier both physically and emotionally, and who want to do the same with their relationships.
