I have a private practice here in Chico where I focus on children, adolescents, and families.  I also enjoy working with young children pre-school and kindergarten age.  With the young children I use proven techniques such as play therapy, sand tray, and puppet play to help children express and explore their feelings.  I have experience leading many different groups for children such as social skills, anger management, grief and loss, conflict resolution, and divorce.  I enjoy creating a safe place for my clients to share their thoughts and feelings freely without judgment, and teaching them tools to help them be more successful in school and at home.  My family moved to Chico two years ago and we are loving the community.
